This month’s reward introduces a cyberpunk character with a fluorescent, techwear-driven look – bold, playful, and defiant.

Character and overlay loops can be cloned and layered into a flow of fun mixes – a brighter, more expressive take on optimistic futurism.
Seven VJ loops + a Resolume project, already arranged into columns so you can drop straight into the flow. Available in FHD (1080p) and 4K (2160p) until April 30, 2026.
Creation Process
FluoPunk started as images generated in Midjourney, then edited in Nano Banana to create start and end frames on a greenscreen background, and animated in Kling 3.
The animations were upscaled and interpolated in Topaz Astra to 4K at 60 fps, then time-remapped in After Effects to fit 120 BPM. In After Effects, the greenscreen was removed using the Keylight v1.2 effect, and the two graphic loops were created using animated text presets.
Resolume Arena Project
I started by cropping the two graphic loops into separate elements, then applying cloner effects to build background layers. Other graphic parts were animated using the Twitch, Transform, and Slide effects.
From there, I began experimenting with the character loops, placing them between graphic layers so they appear both in front of and behind the character. I used the Transform effect to offset the center of the loops, then added a Horizontal Mirror to create two figures on the sides. I tested how those side figures stack with an additional loop containing a centered figure.
I then applied cloners to the character to generate more variations, and introduced random playback on some parts to push things into a more chaotic space.
Light flashes were added to some loops using the Levels effect, timed to hit on the beat.
To close the deck, I added some color directions using the Hue Rotate effect, giving you a sense of where the palette can go.
Final Thoughts
The graphic elements add a unique, playful layer that I’d like to explore further. They can also be used on their own, or combined with other visual sets, making them a flexible and reusable asset.
